  迟晶（Jing Chi）博士（英国雷丁大学），新西兰梅西大学会计、经济与金融学院教授、博士生导师、国际合作委员会主任、拥有CFA证书的注册金融分析师。主要研究方向为新股发行IPO、公司治理和公司金融，先后有50篇金融研究论文在国际期刊上发表, 其中包括Journal of Banking and Finance, Journal of Business Finance and Accounting, Energy Economics, International Review of Financial Analysis, China Economic Review, Emerging Markets Review, Energy Economics, Economic Modelling。
